Just popping in here even though I’m not hands-on with AI, I’ve seen our support team test out some generative features recently and the difference was noticeable. Instead of generic replies, the suggestions were more context-aware, and it reduced repetitive work. From the outside it looks like the key is not just having AI, but finding where it truly adds value.
